Open the game, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. Restoration is free and instant.

If the button doesn't appear, force-close the app, reopen it, and try again.

Progress is saved locally on your device. It can be lost if you:

  • Uninstalled the app
  • Cleared app data (Android)
  • Restored your device from a backup that predates your progress

Unfortunately, we cannot remotely restore local save data. Future updates will add cloud save via Game Center / Google Play Games. Email us and we can offer a goodwill gem top-up.

Ad availability depends on your region and network. Try:

  • Checking your internet connection
  • Closing and reopening the app
  • Waiting a few minutes — ad inventory refreshes automatically

If ads consistently don't load, email us with your device model and OS version.

Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable Merge & Bloom
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

Opting out does not remove ads — you will see non-personalised ads instead. Gameplay is unaffected.

Email support@meteorfarmer.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17 and CCPA. Note that analytics data is anonymous and may not be individually identifiable.

  • Force-close the app and reopen it

  • Uninstall and reinstall (note: local save data will be lost — email us first if worried)

Yes. Merge & Bloom is free to download and play. The core merge puzzle experience is fully accessible for free. Optional in-app purchases (gems, boosters, ad-free pass) are available but never required to complete the game.
