These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Merge & Bloom (the "Game"), operated by Meteor Farmer Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Game or its content.

The Game, including all artwork, audio, software, text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Meteor Farmer Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
If a feature allows you to create or share content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Game. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Your use of the Game is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Game, you consent to data practices described therein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meteor Farmer Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), including the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and other applicable Hong Kong legislation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meteor Farmer Limited regarding the Game and supersede any prior agreements.
